Cartier states: "La Maison Venitienne" tableware, inspired by a 1914 Cartier brooch (birds at a fountain) .... a colorful design made of French porcelain. One of the above images shows a 1989 Cartier catalog display for this tableware pattern & color. Lapis is the most sought color within "La Maison Venitienne" pattern.
