This is "La Maison Venitienne" motif in lapis lazuli blue. Cartier states: "La Maison Venitienne" tableware, inspired by a 1914 Cartier brooch (birds at a fountain) .... a colorful design made of French porcelain. Cartier porcelain has always been very collectible. Made in France.
